Born and raised in Pacific Grove, Nate loves living here with his wife and children.  He is embedded in his hometown community, keeping a constant finger on the pulse of our unique market.  A longtime local educator, Nate brings a strong passion for public service and homeownership to provide the absolute best customer experience possible.

The youngest of three, Nate grew up in Pacific Grove riding his bike in the neighborhood, building tree forts, and playing little league games at George Washington Park.   He is the son of Sharon Randall, a national columnist, and Randy Randall, a long-time teacher and coach at Monterey High.

After graduating high school, Nate went to live and work in his favorite family vacation spot, Yosemite National Park, for a year.  Upon returning to the Monterey Peninsula, he began his English program at San Jose State.  While completing his bachelor’s degree, Nate wrote feature articles for Carmel Magazine, exploring and giving voice to the rich culture and history of the coast.

It was in this period of his life that Nate also began training in the Japanese martial art called Aikido -- known as the “Art of Peace." After attaining the rank of black belt, Nate began teaching children classes at Aikido of Monterey, and it it was this joy of connecting with the community that led to a calling to work in public service.

From here, Nate obtained his teaching credential at Chapman University, and began teaching 3rd grade at Forest Grove Elementary, the same school he attended as a child.  This was a dream for him, serving families of the very community that he was raised in.

During his teaching career, Nate purchased a home and remodeled it on his own -- electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bath, drywall, tile, cabinets, flooring, and more.  He obtained permits, passed inspections and learned a good deal about building codes along the way. His wife, Jess, and their three young children were kind enough to put up with the dust, hammering and brief periods without power or running water.  Through this process, Nate realized a strong passion for all aspects of the real estate experience -- from the journey of a first-time buyer and the pride of home-ownership, to improving the property, listing the property for sale and eventually buying again.

Nate brings his experience of education and homeownership in serving the community full-time as a Realtor®.  He is embedded in the day-to-day real estate happenings in Pacific Grove and knows his market intimately.  He is a high-producing agent, with notable listings in Pacific Grove selling for top dollar the first weekend, and notable buyer purchases in Pacific Grove negotiated for a great price and terms.  Give Nate a call at 831-869-6117 and let him show you how he will help you achieve your goals and get the very best results possible.
