The Pacific Grove Museum of
Natural History
Exhibits deal mainly with the local birds, mammals, reptiles,
amphibians, insects, Native Americans and geology. The
children's hands on-area and the cold salt-water aquarium are
especially popular. Open Tuesday-Sunday, 10a.m. to 5 p.m.,
located on the corner of Forest & Central Avenue in historic

National Steinbeck Center Museum
Visit the National Steinbeck Center to experience a journey
through John Steinbeck's world, where literature jumps off the
printed page and into your imagination. Discover Steinbeck's
works and philosophy through interactive, multisensory
exhibits for all ages and backgrounds, priceless artifacts,
entertaining displays, educational programs and research
archives.
