More than a dozen
Victorian houses and 19th century buildings will be
open for public tours on Sunday, October 7, as part
of Pacific Grove's 38th Annual Historic Home Tour.
The tours will be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, with
docents at each site to provide specific histories
and answer questions. Tickets benefit The
Heritage Society of Pacific Grove, the Pacific Grove
Arts Center and the Pacific Grove Chamber of
Commerce. They are available for $20 each at

In conjunction with
the home tours, local artists will gather in the
1881 Chautauqua Hall to offer home decorations,
fabrics, ceramics and jewelry for sale. There
will also be an auction of birdhouses fashioned
after historic houses, with bidding closing at 2:45
p.m. Admission to Chautauqua Hall is free.
